Andrew is an absolute legend. Very knowledgeable and excellent customer service skills. Never disappointed when dealing with him, or this location period. Highly recommend doing here for all your video game needs!

Years ago, in the Playstation 2 era, when my family went on road trips, we would hook a mini tv (think fat crts) up to an inverter, set it in between the front seats and game it up (makes me really wish the Switch had been a thing back then). We stopped at this store once to exchange a game out for a new one. Fast forward to 2021, I go in to this same store and tell the employee on staff that night (Ryan) this very thing i did years ago, and for nostalgia's sake, i was asking if he had any Pokemon merch. Not only does he point it out, but also gives me free swag as well. What an epic way for nostalgia to be rewarded. Props to Ryan as well.

Had to wait outside due to the # inside but very happy to see they are following Covid precautions. Staff took customer orders and checked to see if they had it in stock for us. They had order waiting for us at counter. Knowledgeable staff.😀😀

Every time I go to this store, I spend too much time looking at all of the awesome memorabilia, games, and toys. The customer service is top notch, and it's pretty much the only GameStop I prefer. A true 5/7
