“Besides doing such a great job with my car they are super kind. I though my car was going to come out with a noise, with a after crash unfixable damage, but my car was left like new. It drove like nothing happened and looked like new. I am glad they took care of this big concern for me. A plus is that they always got my calls about my inquiries and addressed all my questions assertively. They speak English and Spanish. Some days I just felt like talking in Spanish. They accommodated for me from someone who spoke English to someone that spoke Spanish. The set up with the new person was smooth and easy. Nothing complicated, they are all well informed. The team communication is excellent, and I did not have to do anything (no need to explain my situation to the new person, no bad attitude for switching, no wasted time or energy here). Being in crash is already a horrible situation, It makes the whole world difference what body shop you end up at. After a crash there is no need of an extra burden. That’s why I recommend them at a 100%. They took care of me and the car.”

“Best Doctor ! Not only is Dr Mike the best chiropractor I have seen for pain relief but he also helped me get healthy... truly healthy. I used to have pain that would return monthly, but after seeing doctor Mike I have not had any pain. The staff is very friendly and Dr Mike is very patient, kind, and caring. I have recommended Dr Mike to at least 10 friends and they have all been just as pleased as I have been. You really should not hesitate. The price you pay here is about the same as a quick visit to another chiropractor, but the value is better than some holistic doctors that charge $2000 just to walk in the door.”

“I have been living here for a year now and it has been a great experience. The leasing staff has been AMAZING, especially thought this pandemic. They went out of their way to provide resources for rental assistance and really worked hard for the residents. Everyone at the leasing office is always helpful and friendly, you can see that they really care about the community and the residents. The apartments are very quiet, haven't had any issues. Maintenance is prompt with repairs. Another good thing is that they notify you of any abnormalities that occurs such as a power outage, if a water pipe bursts, etc. I haven't had any roach problems at all so if someone does then they need to reevaluate their cleaniness. There are DeKalb Police officers that live on the property so that also makes it even safer. I only have good things to say about Shadow Lake, it's been a great experience here!”

“So up front I really can't overstate how helpful the gentlemen here were. I'm an entire novice, I know nothing of welding, I literally just bought a cheap welder online a few weeks ago, and the gentlemen here got me set up with all the tank, regulator, gloves, filler, tungsten, miscellaneous tools, and all the other little bits and bobs I needed to get started. They were knowledgeable and friendly as you could hope for. As a hobbyist welder, I've read that it's hard to find a gas supplier sometimes because Airgas and others are more interested in commercial contracts than individuals but these guys got me hooked up no problem. I'll be using them for welding supplies pretty exclusively from now on I think.”
