(October 1, 2021, 1:07 pm)I have been a Resident two years now and I LOVE IT over here. Quiet neighborhood, and quick turn around period for work orders. The leasing office staff is professional. The maintenance staff are very knowledgeable on how to repair and or replace things when need be. To be honest before I moved to Belle Vista I did hear some negative but My kids and I are glad we moved over here.
(September 20, 2021, 10:21 am)I was given a tour of the property and a apartment with Ms Destiny she was very friendly and explained everything, great service from start to finish the property is nice me and my god sister will be sharing the apartment great two bedroom roommate style with big bathrooms, we are excited about our move to Belle Vista
(August 31, 2021, 6:24 am)I have lived here for over 4 years. The only problem I have is some of these mess a## people. Who do not know how to properly tie off a trash bag. Or, clean up behind themselves. Some of these people are grown. Bella Vista is responsible for the up keep of the grounds. They are not your personnel maid service!!!! Awesome, admin crew hands down👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
