I am very happy with the program, tools and coaching that The Healthy Move provided. I have made so much progress within 6 months that I would not have otherwise done on my own. I am more equipped to handle life’s challenges and moving in a better direction thanks to Rae and what The Healthy Move offers.

I’ve always been a slim person, blessed to eat whatever I want, whenever I want. As I’m getting older I’m noticing the changes in my body. Rae showed me easy ways to incorporate more fruits and veggies into my daily routine, we discussed eating certain foods during certain times of day, and how to cut back or substitute a lot of my sugar habits. After a while, I noticed a difference in my energy, my sleep patterns, and even in my skin. Rae gave me some quick instructions for a long term change.

The Healthy Move because it's in the
name! Since, Rae has been coaching me,
I have been doing just that...MOVING!
Previously, I had been stagnate in my
growth in my mental health and my
physical health. However, since becoming
a Healthy Mover, I have been given
personalized tools such as supplements,
journal techniques, stretching exercises
and much more to get moving and
checking off action items off my list! it
feels great as I journey on to become
more of a balanced person for myself
and my family! I can see where there
could be hesitation in working with a
coach, since it will require you to show up
and be honest with yourself but it's worth
it! Healing is a number one on MY list so I
push pass the burden of being
transparent sometimes to really see who
I am and to be honest it's not so bad
cause I am beautiful and wonderfully
made! I would recommend The Healthy
Move to anyone looking for change and
true healing from the inside out!

I received a Healthy Movement manual stretching after my workout at the gym. Rae was gentle and intentional, as she explained and moved into the different stretches. It made me feel more loose after my workout and overall more tranquil.
