Ms. Shameka Reynolds took out the time to communicate effectively and last but, not least Ms. Taylor Reynolds was simply a class act as well as the two gentlemen that assisted on our memorial service for our beloved George W. High, Sr. We kindly say thank you for serving our family.

We loss our dear mother and Tri-Cities Funeral home, specifically 'Shameka Reynolds' made my mom's Homegoing so much easier (funeral process, effective communications, easy to work with just seamlessly). Instead of putting the burden on the the family either dealing with insurance issues/ concerns she stepped in and told me to 'rest and let her worry about it'. Im extremely grateful, humbled and thankful for 'Shameka'. As previously stated by niece, she represents true Perfect professionalism, constant communication, and her staff perfect service, patience, understanding, empathetic....my family and I couldn't have asked for more than what was provided. She made my beloved mother homecoming perfect!!. I strongly recommended Tri- Cities Funeral Home for your love one's, You will Not be disappointed. My mom looked her self just absolutely beautiful. The funeral service was absolutely beautiful ( not to mention the gentleman that sang and gentleman on saxophone from Tri- Cities). My family all agree and can't stop praising how Tri-Cities Funeral Home handled my mom's homegoing. I will forever be grateful to Shameka Reynolds!! Thank you ❤

Perfect professionalism, constant communication, and perfect service couldn't have asked for better. The staff and coordinators were respectful and empathic. She made our family member's homecoming perfect. They are strongly recommended. Please if you are looking for someone this is the place. My family is very thankful for the work they had put in with our loved ones. They treat her as if it was one of their own.
