  I have received excellent care. Very happy with doctors and nurses. Friendly staff at check-in. Pharmacy always friendly, helpful and never long wait for my appointments or in the Pharmacy.

  I had two different accidents and was referred to Fix Auto Signal Hill to repair my vehicle. They kept me up to date on what was being done to my car and they even went the extra mile to drive up to Bakersfield to pick up a part because the local dealership didn't have part needed in stock. The personnel working there was very professional and made sure that I was satisfied with the work done. If inever get another accident, I know my car will be in good hands at Fix Auto Signal Hill. Thanks a bunch!!!

  Had a little fender bender. Received a call from fix auto, then were polite and nice. Asked when will be a good time to drop off the car. I dropped it off, inspected my car, and said they will contact me with the estimate time the work will be completed. They updated me with the status of the repair and even finished early then estimated. They are all friendly, helpful, and great customer service. I really recommend this auto repair.

  Fix Auto Signal Hill did a fantastic job on the side-swipe damage done to my Tesla Model S (they are Tesla certified).
  
  Took my vehicle in late Monday. Abraham gave it a detailed analysis and estimated the vehicle would be ready by next Thursday. Sure enough, next Thursday the job was completed, just as he stated. And wow, my car was good as new! Heck even looks better than it did before the accident.
  
  Abraham and Natalie were outstanding. They talked me through the process. Communication was top-notch. I received a status text from them just about every day. Abraham phoned me a few times during the week letting me know status and that everything was going as planned,. They definitely exceeded my expectations.
  
  And oh yeah, they partnered with the rental car company and had me picked up at the shop. They when my car was ready, I was able to drop the rental car off directly at Fix Auto Signal Hill. Incredibly smooth.
  
  Should I ever get into another auto accident, heaven forbid, I will definitely return to Fix Auto Signal Hill. They were awesome!

  I found myself at this shop after my parked car was in a hit-and-run. The entire staff (especially Abraham) made sure I felt welcome and graciously explained everything to me multiple times.
  
  My head was spinning trying to balance conversations with my insurance, the bank, and the towing company. However, at Fix Auto, everything was straightforward. I really appreciated their helpfulness and honesty.

  The Light Skinned lady with Bun at front desk normally is Rude, But Dr. Shankar and Nurses are really Nice. She's the best doctor I've found. I love her!! Very Pleasant, and Very knowledgeable.

  I loved the service here, thank you USAA Auto Insurance! So far, so good. When I arrived they called Enterprise for me, Enterprise waited until I was all done and drove me right over to a nearby location. My blue Sonata is getting fixed here after a hit & run last Sunday in San Diego. Should be ready in two weeks!

  Just left this place with my husband and for the most part the experience was good. The lady who checked him in was phenomenal and very helpful as well as the lady who took his vitals, HOWEVER, the lady who did his lab was very unpleasant. She made him feel extremely uncomfortable and had a problem explaining things to him that he did not know. The overall experience would have been perfect if not for her. Also i was in and out very quickly
