    My husband purchased for me a car for Christmas from this dealership. I was not present during the actual deal nor the transaction.

    But I did go to take actual delivery of the vehicle and I can say I was impressed by the sales manager Clinton. He is professional and most importantly extremely knowledgeable.

    I did research the vehicle and the car’s history by getting an independent vehicle history report and was comfortable about the car. Also checked to make sure it was not listed on the National Insurance Crime Bureau (NICB) meaning it would be a stolen vehicle in which I would be unable to
    get the title at the end of paying for vehicle. It checked out.

    I did note Assurance Auto Group had some serious negative reviews and also received a failed rating at the better business bureau, however the name listed as the sales manager is NOT the sales manager my husband worked with nor that I met.

    I can’t help but believe the dealership is under new ownership, or at the very least under new management. Clinton is thorough, I expressed my concerns about the title being available at the end of the pay cycle and he assured me the title was sent over to the finance company and it obviously has been because they are accepting our payment(s).

    I recommend when making large purchases such as automobiles, real estate, appliances, etc., as the consumer YOU do due diligence to protect yourself.

    Clinton is a business man, and young at that. He has taken the time to LEARN the business and to ensure he closes the deal with accuracy. He was in constant contact with the finance company as they were making sure EVERY “t” was crossed and EVERY “i” dotted. I even offered him documentation I knew he would need before he would ask, and he would agree that he is going to need that after confirming with the finance company.

    I like that he honored the fact that my car was still new enough to be under extended warranty, based on some of the reviews it would seem if the same players were in this game, it would have been overlooked or intentionally ignored. Again, not the case.

    When a few days after having the car, the check engine light came on, my husband contacted Clinton and Clinton responded promptly.

    It is unfortunate that the prior customers had bad experiences. No one wants to be given the “flim flam” on a major purchase.., or on anything, for that matter. I’m sorry that happened to them.

    It sounds like those before Clinton didn’t know the business and didn’t know the “ins and outs” of owning, managing, or working at a used car dealership.

    I was in need of a newer vehicle to replace my 2005 vehicle we purchased new. My vehicle has a lot of technology - bells and whistles that I didn’t have before, therefore Clinton was kind enough to show me how to operate some of the new technology that I was not accustomed to.

    I can’t say anything negative about our experience, I can only speak a lot of good.

    I have since recommended Assurance Auto Group to others because they are about as “no-hassle” “customer-accommodating”, “work-with-your-budget car-buying” experience we have dealt with outside of new car dealerships. Should that change, I will be honest and forthright to post another review indicating such. But I seriously doubt that will be necessary. We are VERY pleased with our car purchase and car buying experience with Assurance Auto Group!

    Contacted this business today looking for third row seating vehicles within my price range. They did not have anything that I needed on site. Answered promptly. Hard to understand on the telephone.

    I had a great experience buying my car. The owner made me feel very welcome and safe in his hands with finding the perfect car and price that worked for me. Highly recommend! Fast and efficient!

    A++++ What a pleasure doing business with Assurance Auto Group! Nelson made the process quick and smooth with no hassle. He cares about the customers and deserves easily more than 5 stars! I would DEFINITELY do business with him again!!!
