“Today was my first visit to the office a s a new patient and I was there for my annual well visit. The office is clean, inviting and they even play smooth jazz music. The receptionist was very attentive and provided all the documents required for me to complete before being seen. I had the typical wait time but once I was called back the nurse took my vitals and confirmed the information I entered on the paperwork. I also taken over to the lab and the phlebotomist did an excellent job drawing my blood. The Dr. Johnson was also very attentive and answered all my questions.”

However, since becoming a Healthy Mover, I have been given personalized tools such as supplements, journal techniques, stretching exercises and much more to get moving and checking off action items off my list! it feels great as I journey on to become more of a balanced person for myself and my family! I can see where there could be hesitation in working with a coach, since it will require you to show up and be honest with yourself but it's worth it!
