Mountain Mobile Mechanic

Excellent experience!! We called at 8:30 AM and he came out that morning and replaced the starter. We will definitely use him again!

I called because I noticed coolant leaking. I was told that all I need is a reservoir cap. I did notice that there was fluid back near the thermostat area and I asked about that. I was told that was because of the loose cap. I’m no mechanic but it seems that not much was done to check for a problem. He quickly did some type of pressure test…and was like “yeah it’s just the cap”. Today my car is still leaking coolant. And I’ve been told that it probably is the thermostat. I paid $85 for Joseph to tell me to waste money on a cap that I did not need.

Joseph did reach out to me regarding this issue. He did offer to come back out to fix the problem. I would have let him but I had already found someone else to make the repairs. He refunded me half of my diagnostic fee. I really appreciate Joseph reaching back out to me and attempting to resolve the issue. I must say that is excellent customer service. Thank you, Joseph.

I was at the store. I went to turn on my car, it made a funny sound and died. Eventually the internal lights and radio came on. I assumed it was the battery or alternator. I got a jump and drove home. I called two other mobile mechanics, both of them made arrangements to look at my car and never showed up. Finally I called Moutain Mobile Mechanic. I spoke to a gentlemen...who was very professional. He dispatched a mechanic to call me. A mechanic by the name of Van, called me. Within an hour and half, he was looking at my car. Through diagnostic testing, the battery was bad. I paid the $80 diagnostic fee (and It was worth it).
I purchased another battery and Van installed it. My car was up and running again.
Van was very professional and knowledgeable about cars. I was extremely impressed. I will be calling Mountain Mobile Mechanic- Van back again for other work on my car.
If you ever have car issues, they are the place to call.

This is one of the most professional, customer service oriented, and efficient mechanics I have ever dealt with. I praise the honesty and straightforwardness in reference to the understanding of how my catalytic converter works along with the reasonable pricing.
