Excellent communication and great service. I was hit on 75/85 and chose Nalley for repair. Jason was communicative and transparent from the beginning. He was patient with my questions and regular check ins. When the driver's insurance gave me the run around, they made sure the work on the vehicle continued to completion and even footed the bill for my last few days of car rental when insurance refused to cover it. My little Tucson looks good as new with her repaired back and undercarriage.

I received great customer service at Nalley Collision from the front desk staff and the collision estimator, Jason. Jason was very good at communicating each step of the process. My car was repaired quickly and the repairs exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this business for auto body repairs.

Rick Eve (Service Manager) and staff were amazing! He expedited the repair of my 2016 Toyota and had the work completed in 2 days- saving me hundreds on a rental car. The body work is phenomenal!
