Fleming Day School

I went in to the emergency and was seen by Bennie Rush. He immediately told me what he wouldn’t do when I arrived with kidney pain. I let him know what was going on and he told me that they wouldn’t care if there is any fluid on my kidney and won’t be doing an ultrasound because that can be done outpatient which I’m very aware of however I was in severe pain which is why I went to the emergency room. I received no help from him what so ever. 04/11/2023 im giving him and his service ZERO STARS

I went back to the ER today because again it’s the closest to my house and I was given the best care from each Doctor and nurse that I saw. Even when I called to complain on the first doctor the beautiful charge nurse really assisted me and

Hands down the absolute best ER visit! Everyone in the facility was friendly, helpful, caring, supportive, knowledgeable, attentive, and professional. We weren’t even there for 15 minutes and my daughter was already in a room, vitals taken, blood drawn, IV started, meds given, and X-rays taken! Wow!! Not only were her needs given priority, but I was asked several times if I needed anything and was given my own heated blanket when I was cold. The quality of care given at this facility far exceeds that of any medical facility I have ever been to! I truly cannot praise the staff enough for their dedication and commitment to outstanding patient care!

The service was extremely quick and filled with some of the most friendly staff I’ve ever come across. Unfortunately, I had to go into over night care and they set up transportation flawlessly. They eased all my concerns and explained everything for the care I was receiving. One of the BEST ERs I’ve ever been to.

I have been there twice. My wife has been there twice. I am thankful that they are nearby. They provide a tremendous service to our community. I have never had to wait longer than what it takes to register. They are quick in attending to your needs. They are caring, professional and they are Great! If a situation presents itself where I, a member of my family, or a friend needs urgent medical care, I will not hesitate, Methodist ER Westover Hills is where I will go.

The staff was extremely fast. The moment I sat down to fill out my form they were calling me back. My nurse (Joel) was kind and attentive. He gave my prior history to the doctor right away and made sure I felt comfortable. I was blessed to receive such good care.
