We'll worth the 1 hour drive to go to Vulcan Safety Shoes. Do yourself a favor. Go there! Ethan was patient and attentive. Was able to help several customers at once. I spent at least 2 hours looking for the right work boot. I finally found it with his help and was eternally grateful to walk around and really make sure they were right for me. I've wasted so much time ordering on line to be disappointed, sore and miserable. I now have a pair of workbooks that are more comfortable than my hiking boots. And that's saying something. I get home at the end of the day and don't rush to take my boots off first.

Ethan was very helpful and informative when it came to finding the right boot that fit my needs. Two more customers came in while I was being helped and he managed to give all three of us excellent customer service. All three of us walked out with exactly what we came for. I ended up going with the Hytest 6" Comp Toe MET safety boots. They look and feel great! There are plenty of places online that sell the same products but there is something to be said about trying out the shoes in-person that makes a huge difference!
