I needed to have an old water heater removed before it failed completely. And run new lines to my existing tankless. Dino came out yesterday and he and I did a walk through of the primary complaint as well as some other items I was considering. He was extremely knowledgeable and super easy to talk to. I agreed with what he thought needed fixing or modifying in my basement and he offered some great ideas. He spotted some immediate issues that could end up as big problems in the future, but he didn't pressure me with any upselling, merely made some good suggestions and explained what he was seeing. I agreed to one additional project because it made sense to knock this other thing out while he was working in the same area. He went right to work, having all the materials necessary with him to complete the job in this single visit, which was a huge plus. He was extremely polite and professional and was more than happy to explain any questions I had along the way. Dino was also pretty awesome in his brief interactions with my curious kids and dogs. I spent a little more than I had thought I would, but it was worth every penny for the top notch work and knowledge gained for future projects. He left me with quotes for a few of the items on the to-do list to consider. All in all I would definitely recommend Allgood and Dino specifically 100%

Great service! They were there when we needed them, solved the issue temporarily, and quickly followed up with the permanent solution. Sewer failures are never cheap, fun, or expected. That being said, they were there when we needed. They demonstrated professionalism, competence, and commitment to solving the issue!

My toilet overflowed and flooded my basement. I called All Good, they had someone out within a couple of hours. Jaron was very professional and thorough. He explained everything to me and walked me through the work that was done and what needed to be left for the insurance company. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I have only had very positive experiences with AllGood and their techs. Not sure what they do that other service companies don't, but I imagine it has something to do with training requirements and high pay, because every employee I've ever dealt with has been very knowledgeable and professional. Very different than some of the experiences I've had with other companies. I will say their rates are sometimes higher than those of others but hey - you get what you pay for! I will definitely use them in the future.
