  Incarceration in itself can be a traumatizing and overwhelming experience both for the person incarcerated and their family and friends. But the parole and supervision process doesn't have to be traumatizing or overwhelming, thanks to officers like Officer Rogers and Officer Hoixie. It is a blessing to see officers like them aiding our family in times like this. Whenever we have questions or concerns, we can always call them and they respond with results. Without their help (and genuinely wanting to help us), our family would not know how to navigate through this process. As a family we are extremely grateful for them both!!

  Shoutout to my PO Ms. Money!! I have been dealing with Douglas County probation for a long time, and I've never really had much good to say about them, but my last experience was a great one. DC finally got a face lift! When I walked in the office I was greeted with warm smiles and the officers seemed really nice. My Po Ms. Money was especially nice. She actually answers her phone, and my family said she was really nice everytime they called. Thanks for helping us through a difficult time. She seems like she really wants to make a differee, please hire more officers like her.

  I never leave reviews, however I felt the need to do so this time. Officer Hoxie is the definition of Fair and Helpful. He went above and beyond for one of his people on probation by the name of Sean. He not only personally went to the judge to get Sean's warrant lifted he also contacted his Gordon County Officer in Sean's behalf giving him the information to also lift the warrant there. He is an amazing human being and a fantastic Officer of the Law.

  Had a pleasant experience today with Officer Toombs, He's the best, very friendly and professional. The other probation office in Atlanta I went to was giving me the runaround, even after I explained I needed to write a report on a probation officer for my school project. He answered all my questions and my paper is ready. He was great with other people at the waiting room too. Wonderful experience.

  Google reviews aren’t something that I do but I couldn’t think of a better way than to share my experience with Officer Hoxie ,to anyone who has or may find themselves in a position that I did. Never been in trouble and the first time being terrified of the outcome, Officer Hoxie, although very stern and by the book , was HUMAN and there is not a lot of that going around these days. He was and is professional, available, knowledgeable and willing to help in anyway that he sees beneficial to his probationers. Officer Hoxie spoke with and dealt with me as a young man and empowered me to do better and be better and for that I am grateful. He is definitely not someone who is just there for a paycheck. He has earned every great thing coming his way and my upmost respect!!
