Updating my review from 3 years ago. 5-stars and has not changed in the 20 years I've been with them. Boutique and independent agency that can shop around multiple companies for the best policy. They are reliable, trustworthy, personable, and knowledgable. True professionals with great communication who make the process easy to understand. They support everyone from individuals to big businesses. They'll keep you updated on the latest and most economical plans and discounts. They make solid recommendations and are outstanding people in general. I refer them to all my friends without hesitation. Make life easy and call Brian or Michael at King & French, where everyone is treated like royalty. :)

Life happens, and when it does I have the best insurance team with me during that not so fun journey. Their customer service is outstanding, and I've never met anyone in my entire life that is so passionate about insurance. In fact, they are even pro-active in alerting me about different options when our rates go up, which is something I truly respect & trust.

Brian and Michael both have always been very professional and taking care of all of our insurance needs very promptly. The office always has a very good attitude and more than willing to help with any concerns that we have had for many many years. It would be hard to find anybody that is more dedicated and eager to provide all the help that you need.
