(March 30, 2022, 12:13 pm)Yesterday I figured out I needed a new water heater. I filled out a form online at New Era Plumbing and a Plumber showed up the next morning. Nick P was very professional, diagnosed the issue and had the new water heater installed in no time. I’m very satisfied.

Had a wonderful experience with the receptionist Suzanne. She was courteous and delivered all you expect when it comes to customer service. Which I have found to be lacking in many industries. Will definitely use and recommend their services again!

Fixed my show, sinks, and replaced my garbage disposal for a good enough price. He was able to answer all my questions, get the job done in two hours, and was very kind.
