Douglasville Neurology Associates

Douglas Neurology has always been good to me. I have been to several Neurologists over the years and finally found one that I am very happy with. I went to the Douglasville office until I found out there was an office in Hiram. I have been under the care of Dr. Charpentier exclusively with not one regret. He always listens and gives me different options as to which we both decide what would be best for my situations. Unfortunately, he can’t be my one stop shop, although, I recommend this office very highly, but can only speak as far as Dr. Charpentier. The front desk is usually very friendly, but trying to get help from the back offices leaves a lot to be desired! There is a saying that a Dr. or a Lawyer or Accountant, etc. is only as good as his staff. So I would be keeping an eye out on my staff!

V very good staff. Dr was very nice took time to go over.all she was doing.

The staff is always so nice and so sweet. Dr Charpentier is an amazing man. He listens to me and makes sure I completely understand what’s going on.

I was very happy with Dr Zdonczky. Very good at making me feel comfortable on my 1st visit. Explained a few things I was not aware of. My last neurologist had no clue.

Office needs better communication!
