Bud's Benz, Inc. - Bosch Car Service

I had a complex issue with my 1982 singe family owned Mercedes 240D. David responded quickly. After some phone tag because of my schedule I was able to speak to him today. He gave me very clear instruction of what typical surrounding issues and therefore replacement parts and labor would be for my 280,000 mile transmission. He was able to give me options of having it fixed and offered a very reasonable plan B if i did not go that route(of sale vs part out the car per my question). I love honest, direct people. He gave me exactly what I requested. Note: i was referred to Bud's Benz from a Mercedes tech from another shop. I recommend and say a huge thank you to David and Bud's Benz. . Options, its what my father taught me to strive.

Bud's Benz is the best. I discovered them years ago when I needed a new top for a 1968 250SL. I got the new top and some excellent mechanical repairs done, and the car was transformed.
Next came the 1964 220SE cabriolet, which needed a lot of work. The staff, to a man, was professional and polite, but also personal and engaging. I loved hearing about the updates, and appreciated the extraordinary work that was accomplished on that car, in a timely and reasonable fashion.
Recently I have had some work done on a 1995 E320, and I need to point out that the replacement of the leather seat covers and the rebuilding of both front seats cost the same as having my 2000 Volvo front seats recovered in vinyl at a local body shop here in Alabama - I wish I had taken the Volvo to Bud's! It is a much better value.
When I discovered Bud's I was delighted to find a place here in the region that does such good and reasonable work.
And I really enjoy working with the team at Bud's - as I said, each one is an experienced professional and each has been spectacular in explaining
each step of the process to me. And David Latham always makes a point to visit with me, whenever I am at Bud's for one of the cars.
I look forward to many more years of working with the Bud's Benz team, and continuing to enjoy my Mercedes, even if I am moving a little farther away...
