(October 16, 2016, 3:18 pm)I needed a new lock for my vending machine after locking the keys inside. Mr Jones had me mail the existing locking mechanism to him. Pleasantly, to my surprise, he had it repaired and back to me in just a couple of days! There was very little down time to my business thanks to the great customer service from Mr Jones and his team. Thanks Mr and Mrs Jones!
