“If you love grits like me, give this place a try. I wanted to wait a few months before reviewing. It has now been 6 months. I go maybe 2 or 3 times a week. To eat, I get either a grit bowl, which is actually in a cup, or a bacon, egg, and cheese croissant. To drink, I always get a hot Tuscany Toffee. I have tried the turtle freezer. It was good, but too sweet for me. I'm just a hot coffee person. I also get the smoothies for the kids. I've only gone once, and they didn't have any grits. I do wish they would provide a piece of toast with the grits instead of charging $2. There are 2 drivethroughs. Also, be sure to give them your phone number to earn points. They sometimes send our freebies.”

“I frequent this store often. Today was a little different. I’m not sure if it was the past experiences of the cashier, the way I was dressed or my 8 year old rambunctious granddaughter who was all over the place! But while shopping I was watched like I was going to take something, it was excessive!! It made for an awkward shopping experience. For me shopping is therapeutic! I understand the need to protect your investment, just not at my expense please. My review is 5 stars bc of the Location! I love shopping here when the seasoned couple (owner parents) are working. The knowledge of the cashier (red braids) was very assuring, the same one that was watching me😂. The prices are really good!! As well as this is black own! I will shop here again.”

“At first entering this establishment things were not being ran properly and one of the workers was being very rude to a customer. But by the time I was done I was extremely impressed with management. A young man by the name of Tyree came out and took absolute control. I know that alot of the restaurants are under staffed but he was able to empty out a waiting room of customers in 12 min. I was waiting 15 minutes to make an order. He also accommodated customers that were waiting along time for the wait. He always polite, courteous and efficient. He is some leader. This type of worker should be placed in a corporate position. With work ethic and pride that he has he is an asset to any establishment. This would of been a 5 star but because of my 1st impression I have to put a 4.”
