“Excellent service! The technician was professional, very knowledgeable about the Lennox i-Comfort Thermastat heating/cooling system, and very thorough. The customer service rep was professional and got us scheduled right away. I liked receiving a text with a photo of who I should expect in our home to work on our system and a short description telling about them. The technician notified us with an ETA and arrived on time. He knew exactly what to do, was able to explain the problem and how he fixed it, and we have cool air again. I will be using them for semi-annual maintenance! I’m thankful to have found them and feel we have paid a good price for the service we received! Highly recommend!”

Tommy very quickly diagnosed the problem with my leaking shower and scheduled to have the pan rebuilt and tiled with a new drain. He was very quick to answer any and all questions and explaining the situation so I could understand.
