My husband and I have lived here for a year now and took the steps to purchase our home because we have loved it here it’s very quite and our neighbors are amazing! The office staff is very friendly along with maintenance… my post is about maintenance as since we decided to purchase we got the option to get our counters resurfaced and Jose came and Did an amazing job!! They are beautiful and I absolutely love them!! Thank you

Very nice mobile homes some are brand new. Leasing agent Belvin very professional. Families look happy and great community. Been here few times to look.

It's a clean up scale mobile home park in Fayette county. All of the units are clean and symmetrical.
