I have only great things to say about Phillips energy. I put in an order for heating oil and was told to expect it within 3-5 business days. It was actually delivered inside of 4 hours of my phone call. Fantastic customer service over the phone and by the maintenance technician who explained how to troubleshoot our furnace. Clean, well maintained AND it has Ethanol Free 100% gasoline!!! This gas is really hard to find around Norfolk and it's the best gas to store RV for the winter.

This is a used car lot so don't expect a perfect car every time. They buy their cars at auction and though they do seem to go over them, they don't identify and fix every potential repair. I bought a decent mini van at a reasonable price but it needed cleaning, two new tires and air conditioning recharge. Overall I'm very happy with my deal and though they could do more to fix these used cars up I certainly appreciate the price I paid. Very fair and nice people.
