Although they couldn't get my brake controller squared away on my truck they did do the right thing and refunded the transaction.
These people are awsome. I had a problem with my harness and they fixed it good as new in under 30 min and less than $100. Highly recommend. Very friendly family company. Meng helped us and he rocks.
Ordered a hitch and bike rack from them. I was careless and didn't notice the bike rack did not match the hitch. Instead of just mailing out the non matching bike rack they shot me an email to make sure I intended to do that. I did not. After a quick back and forth they got me the right bike rack for the hitch. Awesome customer service. Everything showed up in a timely manner, even with the time wasted by MY stupid mistake, and as advertised. I highly recommend them. Good customer service and good prices (a place locally wanted twice what they were charging.).
