“Considering that Ross is one of my favorite stores, I can't bring myself to giving it less than 4 stars. For that reason, I will break it down a little bit for you. The lines- 🌟 1 star. Every time I've gone except for one, the lines literally went to the back of the stores (stores as in the Fayetteville and Morrow location). These lines were very long. The ladies at both stores move as fast as they can though. There are about 2 to 3 cashiers open at a time, mayyybe 3 or 4 (including customer service). Selections per department- 4 stars⭐ Men's department dress clothes- 2 stars. They barely have any dress clothes for men It seems like the pandemic has affected how much you have to choose from. Fittings rooms are closed, but you can return your items if something doesn't fit. Keep receipt and tags on items just in case Don't go if you're trying to go for a quick trip because the line will ruin that plan for you.”
