My only criticism would be that he should slow down a bit and let the patient speak so he doesn't come across as dismissive. “These folks are wonderful. The CPAP Specialist, Kiki, was able to answer all my questions. Once she received my doctor's paperwork, I had a new CPAP machine and supplies within a week. The technician spent an hour with me, making sure the machine was set correctly and that I was comfortable with its operation. I highly recommend them. I had been dealing with another company for 3 months trying to get a CPAP replacement. They were awful. Thank goodness I called Medicare and they recommended KCS Medical Home Care Supplies!”

“I had such a wonderful experience with Doctor Bibbs. She was so so attentive and kind to me and my child. This Doctor is by far the best children’s dentist I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She made me feel so comfortable, confident, and secure knowing that my one year old had to be put to sleep to get work done on her teeth. Oh my!!! Doctor Bibbs is such an amazing person. I definitely recommend her to any and everyone. If you need a wonderful children’s dentist that loves their job, kids, and is the best at what they do, you definitely want to go to her office in Fayetteville. This Dentist was the best I have ever taken my kids too. Five stars. I wish I could give more. Amazing. A genuine wonderful, beautiful soul. I am never taking my kids to anyone else. .”

“I took my Roxy today because she had accidentally ingested weed killer from chewing on grass that had been treated. I called 3 local vets who could not see me on the same day and all 3 recommended I take her to SAVES. I was nervous because I know animal ER centers tend to be higher priced (Even with pet insurance I was nervous for the upfront costs.) I think every person at that facility was incredibly kind and helpful. From the first call I made, the vet tech, the doctor, and the receptionists were all great. I felt very comfortable and at all times I felt my dog was safe and in the right hands. In the end, I felt like SAVES actually cared about what Roxy needed and not taking me for every dime. Hopefully I don't have to make many trips here, but I will continue to choose SAVES for my pet emergencies.”

“I have taken my kids here several times after their primary couldn't see them. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Every Doc I have seen was great!! They are always kind, they take the time to try to find out the issue with the child. The nurses are great too. *I WOULD RATHER TAKE MY KIDS HERE THAN TO THEIR PRIMARY!!* I read other reviews and yes they close at 9 you need to be there at 8:30 to be seen. They close at 9 they have to go home too. If they are full they will let you know. You can't be upset if they are full. If you see two people in the waiting room you don't know how many are in the back. Just call first to make sure they are not super busy because kids get sick all the time.”
