The technician spent an hour with me, making sure the machine was set correctly and that I was comfortable with its operation. I highly recommend them. “I took my Roxy today because she had accidentally ingested weed killer from chewing on grass that had been treated. I called 3 local vets who could not see me on the same day and all 3 recommended I take her to SAVES. I was nervous because I know animal ER centers tend to be higher priced (Even with pet insurance I was nervous for the upfront costs.) I think every person at that facility was incredibly kind and helpful. From the first call I made, the vet tech, the doctor, and the receptionists were all great. I felt very comfortable and at all times I felt my dog was safe and in the right hands. In the end, I felt like SAVES actually cared about what Roxy needed and not taking me for every dime. Hopefully I don't have to make many trips here, but I will continue to choose SAVES for my pet emergencies.”
