I went in for my first ever Swedish massage and evon was amazing! She asked about my problem areas and made sure to follow through. She was so kind as well! Definitely would book her again

Exceeded expectations - The receptionist was nice and professional. Natalia was informative and professional. If you are thinking about getting a wax, dermaplaning, or facial ask for Natalia.

Improvement needed - When staff sees customers waiting, it would be nice if they acknowledge them.

If you are thinking about it, just do it . I had the best facial from Emma and Mani-Pedi from Susan (she only works on Tuesday and I may have her name wrong) She did a great job too 👏 I felt wonderful for at least 3 days

My first visit to Plumyumi and I loved it! The entire space is very relaxing. The rooms are spacious and chill. The front desk staff were all super sweet. I’m pretty sure Keisha needs her hands insured for $1M because she’s the best! I can’t wait to come back.
