(November 3, 2022, 9:34 pm)Today, I finally had the privilege of meeting Dr. O'Heron, and it was a true honor. She was extremely courteous, patient, and knowledgeable. Unlike most physicians, she sat down with me and addressed all my concerns. I did not feel as though I was inconveniencing her or asking too many questions. She almost felt like a trusted friend I'd known for years; we immediately connected. Her compassion and knowledge gave me great comfort in understanding my test results. She listened with a kind heart and a gentle ear. She runs a beautiful practice with an exceptional staff, and you never have to wait too long in the waiting area. I am so glad I chose her practice, and interacting with her makes going to the doctor less intimidating. I also admired her British accent and candor. I feel like I found my Dr. for life.

I brought my son here after we were told by our previous pediatrician that my son had an issue that was found during his physical which they did nothing about. I brought him to Lifeboat and we saw Lydia. She was very nice, polite, knowledgeable, and very quickly was able to tell me what the issue was and ordered an ultrasound to confirm her diagnosis. We got the ultrasound done the very next day in the office which was very convenient and even had the results of the ultrasound that very same day. They referred us to a specialist (urologist) and we now have surgery scheduled. They are very efficient and knowledgeable and were able to reassure me that everything was okay when the other pediatrician’s office didn’t do anything except scare me. I will continue bringing my children here because I know they are in good hands.
