I used Routine Maintenance to renovate the deck on my mom's house, and I couldn't have been more thrilled. First off, out of about 8 contractors I contacted, they were one of 3 who actually responded to my call and one of 2 who actually showed up to give me an estimate. I had a really tight timeline for my project, and although they were busy, they were able to squeeze me in. Although the other estimate I received was cheaper, I chose to use RoutineMaintenance because they followed local ordinances and did things by the book. The project manager kept me fully updated on all aspects of the project and took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns.The workers were timely and polite, and the work was really well done. I recommend them to all of the people I know in the area who are looking for a home repair contractor and would not hesitate to use them again if I lived closer.
