CrossFit PTC

I am so glad I chose CrossFit PTC to help me get back in to a healthy routine! I have been inactive for almost 5 years due to illness and "life" issues and knew that if i didnt make sone changes I was going into my 60's weak and frail. I was nervous and a bit scared but made the decision to commit to 3 months of Personal Training and then re-evaluate. I have not had a moment of regret! Training with Christy, Nutrition with Ric and support of the entire staff i have already seen positive changes physically AND mentally. Im cannot recomend them more. Professional, encouraging and patient.

Dropped in from out of state for a workout, and had a terrific experience! The staff and regular members were very welcoming and the space was top notch.

Andrea, Rick and Sarah are great. They work you to a level you are comfortable with and really want you to succeed. I, 100%, recommend joining the box.

Jen was the trainer! She was very detailed on explaining the routines. She very personable!

Staci is amazing totally felt comfortable being there and no pressure to commit.... although I totally am interested! Great place with fabulous people! Absolutely worth checking it out!
