“My husband and I brought our sick baby in yesterday. She’s a 14 and a half year old Jack Russell and the sweetest baby. I’ve had her her whole life. I was nervous about finding a place since my vet was closed on Saturday. But I called around and got recommended to Pathways for urgent care. The staff was SO friendly and they treated my baby girl with such kindness and gentleness. I came in heartbroken thinking the worst since I lost my 16 year old boy to cancer in January 2021. They reassured me and kept me calm. I can’t thank you enough for your kindness and for seeing us on a Saturday and giving me medicine for her. I recommend this place, 10/10. “I have been using Braelinn Animal Hospital for years, I now have a vet office within walking distance of my home but I still choose to make the drive here. Not a high turn over so you get to know everyone and most important they really get to know you and your pets, always caring and have done what sometimes others have told me could not be done saving a couple of my pets. They have my respect and my trust, I recommend them . Also, if they are concerned with symptoms that they feel could be out of their field they will send you to a specialist rather than chancing it.”
