They replaced my gutters after we noticed the gutters were undersized and sloped improperly and causing water to run down our chimney. They did a great job and the issue is completely fixed. They even added a down spout in the problem areas to prevent rain water from damaging our chimney. I would recommend this company. They were professional and got the gutters replaced even after it started to rain.

We had an emergency leak. Brad came over check it out and sent his guys over and they tarped it almost immediately. I was out of town and my wife dealt with it. All in all this company went above and beyond for us from start to finish. Credit where credit's due they helped out in an emergency and did a superb job with the repair. Great work and thank you.

Chastain Roofing was exceptional on all levels. From the moment Brad came to inspect our roof and give a bid he was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. He answered ALL my many questions and was communicative throughout the entire process. I knew exactly what to expect on the day the new roof was to be installed. The crew arrived promptly at the time I was told they would arrive and got to work immediately. There were several times I made impromptu "check-ins" on the work and everyone on the crew was always working, and they were working hard! Not only was the crew hard working, they were also very courteous and respectful of our property. I can honestly say they left our property in better condition than when they arrived.
Throughout the whole process, Brad was constantly in touch with me. I was always informed and there were never any surprises.
It takes a lot to impress me, but Chastain Roofing did just that. They got me scheduled quickly, installed the roof in one day, and followed up to make sure I was satisfied with their work. I am incredibly happy with our new roof and gutters. Not only can I rest assured knowing I won't have leaks and now have proper ventilation, it looks absolutely AMAZING! Chastain was amazing to work with! Brad Holbrook was extremely quick and communicative, helpful with any questions I had lead up to the roof install, and even days after working out the details! The installers were on time, quick, and thorough. I have never seen that type of mess cleaned up so perfectly! They even ran a large magnet through all of my yard for nails that might have fallen off the tarps. I was amazed at how clean it was when they completed the job! I would highly recommend their company to handle your roof repairs and replacements!
