“I recently bought a house and the homeowner left several audio components and countless wires, and I was unsure how to assemble. After extensive online research I found Tanner at 1080 connect and he eased all of my concerns. He came out and diagnosed the equipment and made some valuable recommendations to help not only to assemble what I had but suggested a couple new audio components to help improve the sound and ease of my surround sound system. All of his suggestions made sense and I quickly developed trust with him, not to mention, his recommendations were priced very reasonably and he didn't try to upsell me on something I didn't need. Tanner and his team showed up on time, and we're also creative in being able to hide all the wires. It looks and sounds great. I should also mention that I bought a harmony elite remote that Tanner's team programmed for me and then took a considerable amount of time training me on how to use it. I even called Tanner later in the day after the installation and had a question about one of the remote features. He was able to walk a "non tech" guy like myself through the process and within 2 minutes he guided me to the solution. I would recommend Tanner and 1080 connect to anyone looking for a professional team that does the job right at a competitive price.”

I clearly heard him say to the cashier assisting me he's definitely not in the military. I'm like well I'm not sure why you would say that (I'm a large man) but I advised him I completed 30 yrs in Law Enforcement if it makes any difference. Of course he ignored me just as much as I did with him. Sensitivity training would suit him fine. I was in your store on the January 06, 2021 purchasing a wifi extender after 5pm.
