However the owner took it upon himself to show up at the house during midpoint of our stay while we were away from the home. Stating he needed to do something with the pool. No heads up prior. 🤦♀️”

“We had a kitchen remake by Frugal several years ago, but this review isn't about that. We began to see some wearing away of the paint around many drawer and cabinet door handles several years after completion. My husband was sure Frugal would never help us because of the amount of time lapsed. What a nice surprise when I called Frugal! They quickly came and took the doors and drawer fronts that we were having problems with and returned and installed them. Now, our kitchen looks great.”

“Great customer service! Excellent wait time. Attentive employees. Every time I come here I am immediately greeted by an employee whether it be the cashier, parts person, or person out on the floor. If they’re with another customer they let you know they’ll be with you quickly, and they are. Everyone seems to be quite knowledgeable about the products they sell, everyone is friendly. Tonight I was told if I wanted the single pearl necklace I saw in a large bag, I would have to buy the whole bag for a whopping $130.00.You heard me right...$130. I was told wholesalers come once a week to pick up the good jewelry and pay by the pound. I thought Goodwill was non-profit. I thought they get stuff free and it is open to the public. I thought they help use the money to help employ people. This did not meet my expectations. Anyone should be able to purchase any of the jewelry they want. Not wholesalers.”
