“Closed our HELOC at this branch, and the branch manager, Chris, has been super helpful. We had some issues with the original person we were working with (not at this branch) and Chris jumped in, got us situated, and closed quickly and efficiently. We also opened a checking account with Regions, and I have had a few follow-up questions linking everything and drawing funds. He has continued with the great customer service and follow-up. I am old enough to remember banking before ATMs and online banking, and walking into this branch reminded me of the good old days (in the best way) and going into the bank with my mom or grandma for transactions. I can't comment on whether or not they have lollipops though. ;)”
