We had an unexpected flat on our van, and everyone else told us it would be a week before they could get the tire. Justin provided exemplary service and had tires on our van in less than a day. I couldn’t recommend this place more. I’d give this place higher than 5 stars if I could. I previously went to Tires plus and they replaced my brakes but not my rotors. My car has been having issues ever since the brakes have been replaced. Justin and technician Kevin were so through I’m so glad I went here. Justin even saved me some money by letting me know when I would have to replace a major item on the front of my vehicle. He didn’t try to overcharge me which I was grateful. 5 stars hands down. I’ve always had a good experience with each pep boys I’ve been to even the one in Atlanta’s good. It’s just a good company.

These guys are my “go-to” for everything! Professional, honest and trustworthy. I recently damaged a tire that I purchased in February, they immediately took care of me so I was able to go to work. Thank goodness I purchased their warranty plan or I would have had to pay for a brand new tire! I was back on the road in less than 30 minutes. Thanks guys, I’ll see you in another 2,000 miles.

Absoulty love the staff that works here. Everyone has such a great attitude. Toby is the best. He has so helpful with every question we have had and has even made recommendations for things we need. We will continue to come here.
