Great location right next to the ramp at Charleston Park. Very easy access. Bright lights and secure in a quiet street with residents right across. The owner does a great job responding to any inquiries. And most of all very reasonable price.
The owners Pauline and Homer are the nicest people ever. Homer helped me fix my trailer hitch for about an hour for nothing. The location is excellent, about one block from Charleston loading ramp.
Older gravel storage, but rates are great, owners are across the street, and the boat ramp is at the bottom of the hill so if trailer parking is full at the ram, I can park here.

So far so good.Very simple setup and fair rates.
Owners are very helpful and friendly.
The lake ramp is less than a minute away from the storage location.
I will provide a new review after my first year.
Great local business to rent storage from! They are within walking distance to the lake/park, parking available on site, and well kept grounds. The owners have been in buisness for over 30 years - friendly and helpful!!
