To Chase Management

My name is Steven Orandello and I am the owner Of Hozio inc.
First off I want to say I have been a Chase customer for over 25 years
and because of the work done by Stephanie and Kavita
I will be one till the day I die.
When this whole pandemic happened my Bohemia branch closed and I had no idea what to do I felt lost.
I applied the 1st day online and they ran out of money, I was devastated.
This is when I met Stephanie Togher, she was reassuring and kind.
Then the second round came out I was really counting on this I have 8 employees and I just had to put everyone on furlow, It was killing me.
Then the real devastation happened, they said I got denied because of Federal guidelines. I could not believe it.
Stephanie said she would look into it and this is when I met Kavita Shah another guardian angel.
She took her time with me and got me to submit the application correctly.
I cannot even tell you how many time I bothered them with calls checking up.
Not once did they make me feel like I was a bother they always answered me right away and truly seemed concerned.
Yesterday I received an email saying it was approved and were funding me in 3 days, I can not even try to explain of the weight that came off of my shoulders.
For the 1st time in weeks I woke up feeling blessed. I am so Grateful you have employees like Stephanie and Kavita that actually care about their clients.
I want to say thank you not only from my family, but from all of my employees families we will be forever grateful

Great prices, excellent service, attention to detail! Best dry cleaners I have had the pleasure of being a customer of. They keep the place nice and clean. Will be my cleaners for as long as I live in the area.

Really nice people. We have used them weekly for nearly 8 years and have never had a service issue.

This store is now part of the neighborhood of creekstone , I been his customer for almost 8 years , because their service is excellent!!
