Much better than another local pool service I had used for 5 years. Switched to The Pool Store 6 years ago because I was not happy with previous one. I am very happy with the service provided by The Pool Store.

Gary is fantastic. He really knows his stuff, and always does what is in the customer’s best interest. Gary and The Pool Store are also very reliable…not something we too much of these days.

I had a problem with my hot tub. The service tech was going to be a few weeks before he could get to it. They were very kind and helped me diagnose the problem over the phone. I will definitely use them next time

I just couldn't get my pool clean until they have me great instructions and all the chemicals I needed, now it looks great!

Dr. Podray and all of her office staff are so kind and welcoming, and the space is beautiful and very comfortable. I highly recommend this practice!

Can’t say enough positive things about this practice!
We absolutely love it here! Dr. Podray is the absolute sweetest! I don’t think I have ever seen her without a smile on her face! My daughter is very comfortable with her and the rest of the staff!

The admin staff is also very friendly! Always happy and helpful when checking in and out and over the phone! SO glad we found them!

We moved from Indiana in the middle of my son's treatment plan and Dr. Podray picked up with no issues...her and her staff were great to work with and the flexibility in payment options made it easy to figure out how to make it all work. He's headed back there for stage 2 down the road and I would highly recommend her and her team to anyone of any age!
