PT Solutions of Vickery Village

This place is fantastic for recovery. Courtney is a great PT and I am incredibly grateful that she was able to help me build my shoulder back following a frightening injury. Don’t hesitate to go see her!

I broke my ankle earlier in the year and started going to PT at another facility. I was not making progress and it was difficult to get appointments. I switched to PT solutions and Courtney has been fantastic. She has been able to work around my schedule taking evening appointments. She has also pushed me to push myself to get up and moving again. I can honestly say that without her I would still not be walking and probably in need of a 2nd surgery. I highly recommend PT solutions at Vickery Village.

I have been getting physical therapy at PT Solutions in Vickery Village at various times over the past two years. My physical condition is a recurring problem.
The staff has been phenomenal in my treatment starting with Mike and continuing with Courtney and Alison. Everyone at PT acts very professional yet remain friendly and concerned that progress is being made. In my life I have been to other physical therapy facilities for various issues but none have exceeded the care I have received at PT Solutions.. I highly recommend them.

The staff at PT Solutions of Vickery Village is very professional and friendly and the office is very clean and welcoming. Courtney Chambless is my Physical Therapist and she provides me with great personal care and attention! She is a concerned, patient and skilled therapist who puts thought and effort into designing a treatment plan for me. Courtney goes the extra mile and connects with my orthopedic surgeon's team as needed to review my health status. She is in integral part of my overall recovery!

I love my team at PT Solutions. Courtney, Kelsey and Mike have been awesome. Courtney has advocated on my behalf to my insurance and didn't give up when there was push back. It's super rare to find a provider who will fight for you. I am very grateful. My physical therapists at PT Solutions always checked in on how I am feeling and listened! They would offer exercises that would work for where I am that day. I had some not so great experiences at other facilities feeling like I wasn't a priority and that I wasn't heard. I had the opposite experience at PT Solutions. I truly believe my physical therapists care about my recovery and want what is best for me. Thank you PT Solutions :)
