I have never been an exercise loving person and was not physically fit, but my daughters wedding was coming up so I had to do something. So I joined thinking if I could make it 6 months that would be a huge accomplishment for me. I'm 8 months in and can't imagine not going to workout with Troy/Sara 3 times a week.
