Arbor Terrace at Crabapple

Robbie and I want to thank you for all of your help with our dad, Bob. Because of you, we were able to get him placed in a rehab facility that understands his needs. Because of you, we were able to find him a home where he will be safe, receive excellent care, and be seen as a human being, not a ninety-three year old man with dementia. Because of you, placing him at Arbor Terrace Crabapple was, strangely, an easy decision. Ann the sales director, all the staff- the community set the bar for us and no other community came close to matching these high standards of care.

When we walked into Arbor Terrace it was buzzing with activity. Residents and staff were mingling around, a sweet dog was greeting residents and guests! Everyone seemed content and happy. In the memory care section, the residents were up and about participating in a lively and engaging musical activity. Also, we saw the staff! They were not sitting at the nursing station, on their phone or behind a closed door. Instead, they were visible- moving around and with a purpose. Some were participating in the activity while others were completing their duties or attending to the residents who chose not to participate in the activity. Their cheerful manner created a joyful and welcoming environment that could be felt by everyone there! Because of you, Bob, will be able to maintain his dignity as he progresses through the stages of this dreadful disease. He will be SEEN at Arbor Terrace by everyone.

We believe, our meeting with Ann first on this overwhelming journey was intentional. My sister and I like to call it a "good-thing". After meeting with Ann and exchanging texts at 9:30pm at night, everything just seemed to fall into place. We feel very blessed to have found such a kind and caring person as yourself! Again, as strange as this sounds, we are looking forward to moving our father into Arbor Terrace Crabapple and working with you and the wonderful staff there!

Great community! and great staff! We referred to Arbor Terrace Crabapple - and we are THRILLED!
No more complaints about the food, or lack of staff on duty (like the previous community our LO was in). The activities are plentiful and well thought out.
Their ALL of the staff is heavily trained in how to treat and care for people with dementia (which is a big deal for us).
I cannot say enough good things about this community and it's staff members!!!!

I can NOT say enough about Arbor Terrace Crabapple. I have personally experienced this community as an employee, and then later, professionally with my own company. There is a true feeling of Home in this building that cannot be faked. The training of the staff, the longevity of the staff, the worlds most amazing engagement, the entire experience is second to none. You’ll also never find another senior living community with a front desk rock star like Colleen. Amazing community all around.

Moms quality of life has drastically improved since moving to Arbor. She enjoys her friends, staff, and her activities, and we have great piece of mind with her living there. Would heartily recommend Arbor at Crabapple to others.

Today I want to give special recognition to Stephanie Mock. A couple of weeks ago she helped with transporting my mother to her doctor's appointment. I was to meet mom there at the doctors, but got sidetracked and could not make the appointment in time. Stephanie was gracious enough to guide mom through the entire appointment!

This is service and care above and beyond what could be expected. And Stephanie handled it with such poise and grace. Thank You!!!
