Agent of Change

It was my luck day when I found the Emery Fit. The owner Leah asked my goals and suggested a trainer – Kelli Selman. While I wanted overall better health, I also wanted better golf.

Kelli is on-time and prepared. Each session is a variety of exercises and never boring. Some exercises are strength training, while others are flexibility and balance. As the mother of grown boys, she is experienced in giving both positive encouragement and firm admonition.

The gym is well equipped and very clean and comfortable. The both the trainers and the other customers are friendly. BTW, there are no televisions or other distractions. This is work with a purpose.

As to the golf, I am about 10 yards longer and my stamina is better so that I last longer into a round. Kelli Selman is an Agent of Change.

I have suffered with back/hip pain ever since I was pregnant 23 yrs ago. I've been to various specialist throughout the years only to get temporary relief. Jason Dorminy's Stretch Fit sessions got my body back in balance and now I am able to train with him a couple days a week. I've never felt this good. Thank you Emery Fit for giving me my life back!!

My weight loss journey started on February 7, 2021, and it’s the best investment on my health.
When I joined, I was obese, prediabetic, and had bad knees. Eight months later, I am happy to say that I am no longer prediabetic, no more bad knees, and no longer considered obese. I have lost 55 pounds of which, 48 pounds of that was fat. I will continue my weight loss journey with them. I have grown to love them as much as I used to love pancakes and to those that know me, know that is a lot LOL. All the staff are great and professional, but I want to give a special shout out to my nutritionist Dr. Bret Emery and my personal trainer Michele Falcon. I also give myself a pat on the shoulder for staying on track and changing my mindset about exercising and eating habits.

I sought out a place that was the right size and had knowledgeable and friendly trainers. Emery Fit has been the right place! I feel better than I have in a long time, and the trainers took time to find out a lot about my history and goals. As much as I thought I could do this myself, having a set of personal trainers to push me is the best decision I could have made to accelerate getting healthy again. I plan to be a client for a long time and would recommend them to anyone.
