This is truly a special place. A fine establishment run by two incredibly remarkable women. Florence and Joy are two of the most sincere, caring, and understanding people I have ever met. They are empathetic to each and every parent and nurturing to each and every child. I do not hesitate to recommend Highlands to my friends and colleagues who are looking for child care. I know they will be in good hands.
