Don recently helped us buy/build our current home in Johns Creek. He was absolutely amazing. He was always accessible, extremely responsive, knowledgeable about the market and trends, and had a very high attention to detail. He sold our previous home for us and also helped with a new build and purchase. He brought in a structural engineer to ensure everything was up to code and was with us throughout the entire process. He provides such a sense of calm and security throughout a stressful process. We recommend him fully.

When we decided to relocate to the Atlanta area we had no contacts and actually called Don Bell because of the way he presented himself in his online video. We were pleased that he took our call and arranged for us to view houses and neighborhoods on our first visit, even though we were not prepared to move at that time. Over the next two years as we viewed houses on his website, Don was always available, through both e-mail and phone calls, to answer our questions, offer advice and inform us about new properties. Don was a tremendous help during our final visit to see houses for our move, setting up a comprehensive tour, providing input based on his experience and explaining the process. During the decision, offer and closing process Don couldn’t have handled our interests better. Especially as we were remote, it was important to have someone who provided a high level of attention to our interests. Thinking back as we get settled into our new home, we realize we received what we consider over and above service from Don Bell. Being unfamiliar with the area, Don is also continuing to help us with everything from where things are to references for other services. His help has not stopped with the signing.
