As a lender, I have referred at least 4 of my borrowers to Wes Jordan. Every experience has been excellent. Wes and his staff were very responsive and patient with everyone I sent him. They we all First Time Homebuyer's who were nervous about the process. Wes and Dev helped them through and put them at ease. I would always prefer to use Wes over the big firms. Wes and Dev are more responsive and deliver a higher level of service at a very reasonable cost.

I was happy to hear my mortgage company assigned Wes to our closing. This is our 5th closing in Atlanta, and the third that Wes has managed. He's always prepared, organized and goes through everything in a way we can understand it. He also presents us with a nice folder of all the documents in the end.
