  My Journey started with Heartfulness meditation was almost 3 years back in 2015 and I have no doubt in my mind that this is so for the best system human has been gifted from the God or divinity.This spiritual system never asked for a single penny for the services they offered.
  
  I always heard that God lies everywhere and closest abode is individual hearts, but I never felt or experience it until I started my spiritual journey under the umbrella of Heartfulness.
  
  I started my journey under the guidance of Sanjay and truly consider myself as a fortunate one as I found the right guidance each and every moment. You can count on my statement.We all as a human being mostly focused on our materialistic aspect of life and become ignorant towards the spiritual aspects. I request everyone ...please give a try and feel the beauty within.

  Didn’t know that I needed to meditate until I got introduced to Heartfulness meditation. It was as if I stumbled into the treasure which was right there waiting for me to open it. I have tried few methods of meditation before but the Heartfulness meditation felt just the one for me. It awoke in me the longing to become a simple and humble being, yet rich with the immensity of the universe.
  The selfless teachers like Sanjay Sehgal and Geeta Sehgal who we call preceptors instantly make you feel like family and are more than meditation teachers I like to call them life coach. Highly recommend to give it a try.

  I started Heartfulness meditation under the guidance and training of Sanjay Sehgal a few years back and have been regularly going every week since then. Heartfulness has made a major difference in my life and really helped in a variety of ways, such as handling stress as well as cultivating acceptance and patience while furthering me along the path of personal evolution. Sanjay has been a fantastic mentor and guide to me through this entire journey. I am always amazed by his extraordinary capacity to give so much of his time for Heartfulness training despite being a busy CEO of a technology company. I am forever grateful to him for his guidance and personal touch. Thank you Sanjay!

  Meditation plays an important role to turn your life and it really helps to move forward in today's life where world is moving so faster. Thanks to Heartfulness Institute which is expanding worldwide. Please continue the great job you are doing for "Humanity"

  Meditation practice is all about centering yourself. It’s a new place to live and exist, gives a new life with empowerment. Thanks Sanjay for being helpful in mentoring and giving weekly individual meditation sessions and hosting group meditation sessions .
