I've lived at Bellrock Bishops Arts for four year. The maintenance is superb and I enjoy the ability to maintain my patio garden. The sunfolwers are here!
I have had nothing short of a wonderful experience here at Bellrock Bishop Arts. The living accommodations are excellent, the property is beautiful and the staff is phenomenal. Special thank you to Olga . She is very professional and an excellent property manager . I would recommend this property to all my friends. Olga and her team are always available and willing to help with any concerns or questions I have. Olga is super friendly and caring, I can tell she really takes pride in her job and has a passion for helping others. The maintenance team does an immaculate job and responds extremely fast for work orders, both my AC and Washer were fixed same day on separate occasions. Olga and her team do a great job with taking care of the community overall and along with the tremendous rent growth happening in the DFW they deserve a generous raise. :)
I've lived here for over 3 years and it's been one of the best places I've ever rented. I was in a studio for the first two years and when I wanted to upgrade, Quentin found another apartment that met all of my requests and the rent was quite reasonable, especially for the area. Quentin is awesome - I've never had a leasing agent so personable and helpful. I really appreciate knowing that I can rely on him to help me out whenever I have questions. Maintenance is great - they take care of maintenance requests on the next business day every single time.
I understand others' concerns about parking, but I really think that's a product of the location. I pay for a covered parking spot so I've never had an issue.
It has been such a pleasure living here. Since I’ve moved here the leasing agents have been nothing but very much present and helpful whenever I need anything even at the slightest inconvenience. Whenever I need maintenance which is sparingly they’re to the rescue ASAP. The groundskeepers are so sweet and communicative. Parking is ok but as long as you’re home before 7 you’re guaranteed parking or you can park on the main and south street. My neighbors and people on my side of the building are really nice. Someone here always offering help with groceries and trash on the weekends (Friday/Saturday)when valet is closed. I absolutely love the convenience of online pay, the gym and residence lounge is such a cool place to hang. I never have issues with my packages. The pool area is such a vibe when open and fully functional. There’s a latte Machine in the residence lounge now and the beverages are good.
