  Fortunate that there was not a lot people at the time we went. The receptionist was busy with others, but was able to help direct us to QR code to sign in and send info to phone to complete forms and answer our basic questions on COVID tests they had available. We were seen relatively fast.

  Was diagnosed with pneumonia and was met by the NICEST health care professionals. I feel so thankful to have been treated there. It’s been about 10 hours since my visit and I’m already feeling 50% better. The front desk workers are very aware and make it a point to know you’re not being forgotten about when it’s busy. 10/10!

  We went in at about 7:30pm. They were not busy at all. The receptionist asked why we were there & had us scan a qr code. She took my cards & ID and then I had to complete an online registration. I did think it was a little extra to have her scanning my cards and the app tell me to take a picture of my card but easy registration for the most part. Wait time wasn't long.
  The nurse and Dr were friendly. They were pretty sociable with my 6y.o son that was being seen. They tried to keep him comfortable and ease his worry of possible stitches. The Dr explained everything they were going to do to the both of us. The whole visit was easy and quick while still taking care of him.
  Good first time experience for us.

  My daugther and I have been here a few times. My doctor office is upstairs in the same building. I have been coming here since 2004. I have been coming to the urgent care center for over 5 years. We have always had a good experience. I like how the waiting room is big enough to accommodate a lot of people if need be. Every time we went it was night time and not that many people there. Staff was very nice, friendly and professional. We have nothing to complain about only good things we have experienced.

  Wonderful staff!! Dr. Wittstock was the best. Super kind and very patient as she explained everything. I wish she was my primary care doctor.
  
  My wait wasn't long at all and the front office staff were just as kind as the doctor. I highly recommend this Urgent Care.
